Administrative Document Support

DMV Document Organization & Administrative Support

We help you organize the paperwork you already need to complete, using current public NCDMV information.

Document Navigators helps customers organize vehicle title and registration paperwork before visiting a North Carolina License Plate Agency.

We provide clerical assistance, document organization, copying, scanning, customer-directed data entry, notarial services when appropriate, and access to current public NCDMV forms and checklists.

Customers remain responsible for selecting their transaction, reviewing their documents, providing all information, and making all legal, ownership, tax, estate, lien, and disclosure decisions. NCDMV makes the final determination regarding document acceptance, title issuance, registration, taxes, fees, and transaction eligibility.

Important Notice

Document Navigators is a private administrative document support business. We are not the North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles, a License Plate Agency, a law firm, title agency, or government office.

We provide clerical and administrative assistance only. We do not provide legal advice, determine legal ownership, select a legal remedy, interpret probate or estate rights, resolve liens, determine tax eligibility, calculate taxes, or guarantee acceptance of documents by NCDMV.

Customers select their own transaction and provide all information used in their documents. Any forms, checklists, fees, or procedural information we provide come from publicly available government sources.

NCDMV makes the final determination regarding documentation, eligibility, title issuance, registration, taxes, fees, and acceptance.
