We review the document information, prepare the applicable submission materials, coordinate submission to the appropriate authentication authority, manage the return process, and review the completed package before returning it to you.

The required process depends on factors such as:

- Where it was notarized, when applicable

The customer remains responsible for confirming what document and authentication the receiving organization requires.
How we help
Document Review
We review the document information and applicable notarization or certification for apparent submission-readiness issues.
Submission Preparation
We prepare the administrative submission materials using information provided by the customer and applicable published government requirements.
Authentication Submission Coordination
We coordinate submission of qualifying documents to the appropriate authentication authority.
Return & Quality Check
Completed documents are returned to Document Navigators first. We review the returned package for apparent processing issues before arranging return to the customer.
Client Return
The standard service ends with the completed documents being returned to the customer according to the agreed service arrangement.
Optional final-destination shipping
Need us to send the completed documents onward?
After the completed documents have been returned to Document Navigators and reviewed, we can arrange shipment to a domestic or international destination at the customer's request.
Final-destination shipping is an additional service.
The customer pays:
- • An additional Document Navigators service fee for final shipment coordination
- • The actual carrier shipping cost

Apostille and authentication services are quoted based on the document, originating jurisdiction, destination country, government requirements, and processing requirements.
The written quote will identify:

- • Applicable government fees
- • Optional final-destination shipping, if requested

Customers are responsible for confirming the requirements of the organization that will receive their documents.
