In-Office Notary Services
A supporting service alongside our paperwork and document assistance. By appointment at our Mint Hill office: acknowledgments, jurats, verifications, and other lawful notarial acts permitted under North Carolina law.

Notaries verify identity and perform the requested notarial act. We do not explain, draft, select, or interpret legal documents.
Every signer must appear in person with a current government-issued photo ID. Do not sign the document in advance — signatures requiring an acknowledgment or jurat must be executed in front of the notary.
Appointments are scheduled so you are not standing in a line or waiting on a counter clerk between customers. Limited mobile appointments may be available outside traditional office hours.

Before your appointment
- • Bring the complete, unsigned document — all pages.
- • Bring a current, unexpired government-issued photo ID for each signer.
- • Every signer must be present at the appointment.
- • Tell us in advance if a witness is required.
A notary cannot choose your document, explain its legal effect, or tell you how to complete it. We provide administrative support and notarial acts only — no legal advice. Organizing vehicle paperwork? See DMV document organization.
