Add-On Document Support
Need help moving or submitting documents?
Not every document need ends with a notarized signature. Some documents need to be packaged, mailed, couriered, filed, submitted, returned, or prepared for apostille processing. Document Navigators offers add-on services to help move your paperwork forward.
Apostille Navigator
Some documents need more than a notarized signature. If your document will be used outside the United States, you may need an apostille or authentication before it can be accepted by a foreign agency, school, employer, court, or government office. We help organize, notarize when needed, package, and route documents for apostille processing through the appropriate government office.
Best for
- Birth, marriage, and death certificates
- School transcripts and diplomas
- Power of attorney documents
- Business and adoption documents
- Travel or immigration paperwork
- International employment paperwork
- Court documents and notarized affidavits
- Documents being sent to foreign agencies
Document Courier Services
Some paperwork cannot sit in the mail. Document Navigators offers local document courier support for individuals, families, seniors, professionals, and small businesses that need important documents picked up, delivered, dropped off, filed, or returned safely and efficiently.
Best for
- Notary and apostille paperwork
- Court filing packets
- Business and financial paperwork
- Senior and medical record forms
- Tax and real estate documents
- Client signature packets
- Pickup, drop-off, and return delivery
Document Navigators does not issue apostilles and does not provide legal advice, immigration advice, or court representation. Apostilles are issued by the appropriate government authority. Our role is document organization, notarization when applicable, submission readiness, courier coordination, and administrative document handling. All fees are disclosed before service begins.

Prepare Your Appointment
What to have ready for your notary appointment
- A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID
- The completed document that needs notarization
- All required signers present at the appointment
- Any required witnesses
- Payment method
- Do not sign the document before meeting with the notary unless your document specifically instructs otherwise
If witnesses are required, please confirm whether you need to bring your own witnesses or request witness availability when you call to schedule.

Valid identification is required
For notarization, every signer must be properly identified. Please have a current, government-issued photo ID such as a driver's license, state ID, passport, or other acceptable identification ready.
If your ID is expired, unavailable, damaged, or does not match your document, call before scheduling so we can discuss whether notarization is possible.
