Documents issued or notarized in the United States may require an apostille or other authentication before they can be accepted in another country.

How quotes work
Apostille and authentication services are quoted in writing based on the document, originating jurisdiction, destination country, government requirements, and processing requirements. The written quote separates three things:
Our administrative coordination fee, quoted in writing before work begins.
Fees charged by the issuing authority, paid to that authority, not to us.
If you ask us to ship completed documents onward, the actual carrier cost plus a coordination fee.
Government authorities control the outcome
Document Navigators does not issue apostilles or authentications. Government authorities determine document eligibility, processing requirements, processing times, and issuance. We cannot guarantee that any authority will accept a document or issue an apostille.
In-office notary appointments
Acknowledgments, jurats, verifications, and other permitted notarial acts performed in an unhurried office setting by appointment. If your document must be notarized before it can be apostilled or authenticated, the notarization is completed first.
Every signer must appear in person with a current government-issued photo ID. Documents requiring an acknowledgment or jurat must be signed in front of the notary.

- Notary services do not include legal advice or document selection, drafting, or interpretation.
- Appointments are scheduled, so there is no counter line or waiting.
